Delivery Terms

Where goods are in stock when ordered, despatch is normally same day. However, payment by cheque may need bank clearance, in which case goods will be despatched after 5 working days. Should we need to send the order in more than one despatch due to availability, you will only be charged one postage (excluding Overseas Orders).
On 48 and 24 hour delivery a signature will be required, so please notify us if you would like delivery to either a neighbour or work address.
Please always quote your home address for authorisation of credit cards. Order shut off time for next day delivery 2.00p.m. 

Carriage Charges (UK) Only

Standard delivery.
Please allow 3-5 working days. Cost £5.10 

Guaranteed 48 Hour delivery
We deliver in stock items within 48 hours to most areas of mainland Britain. Cost £7.25 

Guaranteed 24 Hour delivery
We deliver in stock items with 24 hours to most areas of mainland britain excluding Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Please order before 2.00pm for this service. Cost £9.25 

Guaranteed 24 Hour delivery before 1.00pm
We deliver in stock items before 1.00 p.m  the day after the order has been placed if the order is placed before the order shut off time of 2.00pm on the order day to all mainland areas of Britain excluding the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland. Cost £11.95 

Overseas delivery

We are happy to export orders to most countries in the world. If you are ordering outside of Europe, or a BFPO address, we do not charge VAT. We offer Air and 48 Hour European 48 Hour delivery, please check order form for rates. 

Payment Terms

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card including Switch, Maestro, Electron, Connect, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express cards. We also accept payment by cheque made payable to Performance Equestrian. Please write your address and bankers card number on the reverse. Card payments will not be processed until the order has been despatched, but cheques will be processed on receipt. 

Returns

Refunds or exchanges will be made to any item returned in original packing (at the customers' own expense) which are used and not damaged, within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent at the postal rate requested. High value goods returned for replacement or service such as Heart rate monitors, gps units should be returned using either Registered Post or Special Delivery (this service includes loss insurance). On certain instances a collection service is available, please check for details. 

VAT

All prices include VAT at the current rate of 15%.  Should you require a VAT receipt please notify us at the time of ordering.
